Our burgers are prepared with prime breast and thigh meat. We add the finest belly pork trim to ensure our burgers stay moist. This burger is packed with fruit and seasoned with our own supreme burger mix.
These hand pressed burgers are beautifully rich in flavour they are perfect on there own or accompanied with garnish in a bun. They go really well with crab apple jelly or chutney. Either grill, fry or BBQ. Cook so that they are heated throughout and any juices run clear. All our Burgers arrrive frozen and should be consumed within 3 days once defrosted.
