Our New & Improved Duck with Orange & Cranberry Sausages are bursting with fruity flavour. We use only prime breast meat and beef fat in these sausages. They have a high fruit content so they have a tangy citrus taste and remain moist. We use only natural skins for all our sausages. All our Sausages arrive frozen and should be consumed within 3 days once defrosted.
Either grill, fry or Perfect on the BBQ!
Cook so that they are heated throughout and any juices run clear.
