Wild Duck sausage full of flavour with a zingy orange flavour to it.
Our Duck & Orange Sausages are bursting with fruity flavour. We use only prime breast meat and belly pork trim in these sausages. They have a high fruit content so they have a tangy zitrus taste and remain moist. We use only natural skins for all our sausages. All our Sausages arrrive frozen and should be consumed within 3 days once defrosted.
Either grill, fry or BBQ. Cook so that they are heated throughout and any juices run clear.
Ingredients: Cuts of Duck meat, Pork, Rusk, Wheat Flour, Salt, Dried Cranberry (4.2%), Sugar, Spices, Flavour Enhancer E621, Citric Acid E330, Orange Oil (0.4%), Preservative E221, Sodium, Sulphite. Sausage filled in natural casing.
