Pheasant breasts are light in colour and slightly richer than chicken. There are easy to cook with and can substitute chicken in almost every recipe. From slow cooker cassaroles to pheasant fajitas. (Add our maronade to it for extra easy and add great taste). This really is one of the most versitile game meats. 

The fillets are skinless,lean and high in iron. This product is currently out of season and is only available frozen and should be consumed within 3 days once defrosted.
