Pheasant is Known for it's distinct mild gamey flavour which is enhanced the longer the bird has been hung for. The meat is very lean, rich in iron high in protein but low in fat. Our oven ready pheasant is prepared to simply pop in a roasting tin and then in the oven.This product is currently out of season and is only available frozen and should be consumed within 2-3 days once defrosted.
