Pheasant and Caramelised onion sausage
Our pheasant with caramelized onion sausage is full flavour. We use only prime breast, thigh meat and belly pork trim in these sausages. We use only natural skins for all our sausages.
Either grill, fry or BBQ. Cook so that they are heated throughout and any juices run clear. All our sausages arrrive frozen and should be consumed within 3 days once defrosted.
Ingrediants: Pheasant, pork, water, Crispy Fried Onion (onion, Plam oil, Wheat flour, Salt), Breadcrumb wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, Thiamin), water, salt, Yeast, Salt, Black Pepper, Spice Extracts (Pepper, Nutmeg, Cayenne, Paprika), Stabilisers: (E451i), Sodium Diphosphate (E450i) Preservative: (E221) (Sulphites, Flavour Enhancer: (E621), Antioxidant: (E301), Marjoram Extract, Colour: (E120) Propylene Glycol. Sausage fillied in natural casing.
