Pigeon is beautiful,its a cheap and easy source of protein, high in iron and low in fat. It has a very rich flavour enhanced by the wood pigeons diverse diet. They feed on wild berries and grains giving it a distinctive flavour. It is complemented by other strong flavours and goes very well with port and red wine. This product arrrives frozen and should be consumed within 3 days once defrosted.
