Oven ready Partridge is delicious a more subtle game flavour than other game birds. It is a plump and tender bird, sweeter in taste than the pheasant. It is very low in fat and high in iron giving it great health benefits. This product is currently out of season and is only available frozen and should be consumed within 3 days once defrosted.
