Prepared ready to put straight in the oven. Stronger than farmed duck it goes well with a fruit, tangy sauce

Oven ready Mallard  are very rich and full flavoured in taste. Very diffrent from farmed ducks. There very varied diet creates this unique flavour. They can simple be roasted and one Mallard will be sufficient for two people. They go very well with fruit, port and red wine. This product is currently out of season and is only available frozen and should be consumed within 3 days once defrosted.
