Our grill sticks are hand made using prime cuts of pheasant breast and thigh meat blended with pork trim to ensure the grill sticks stay moist and full of flavour. The Grill sticks are marinated with sweet chilli to give them that little extra.
These hand made Grill sticks are rich in flavour, perfect for grilling or the BBQ. Cook so that they are heated throughout and any juices run clear. All our Grill sticks arrive frozen and should be consumed within 3 days, once defrosted.
