Our Partridge, Apple and Cranberry Sausagemeat is bursting with fruit and flavour. We use only Prime breast meat and Belly pork trim in our Sausage meat. They have a high fruit content so they have a tangy taste and remain moist.  All our Sausage meat arrrives frozen and should be consumed within 3 days once defrosted.
