Mixed game is a great alternative to beef in a cassoroles. This mix makes a wonderfull game pie with any type of pastry or suet.
When cooking treat it like any other red meat cooking it slowly on a low heat will really bring out the game flavours. Try adding some red wine or port to your casserole or pie to give it a great taste. This product arrrives frozen and should be consumed within 3 days once defrosted.
