Product Description: Our Pigeon, Black pudding & Pitted Prune sausages are bursting with fruit and flavour. We use only prime Pigeon breast meat mixed with belly pork trim in these sausages.
They have high fruit content so they remain moist & full of flavour with the black pudding given them that extra spice.
We use only natural skins for all our sausages. All our sausages arrive frozen and should be consumed within 3 days once defrosted.
Either grill, fry or BBQ. Cook so that they are heated through.
