Our pheasant and sweet chilli sausage is bursting with flavour. We use only prime breast meat and belly pork trim in these sausages. They have a high chilli content so they have a sweet taste and remain moist. All our sausages are hand made using natural skins. Either grill, fry or BBQ. Cook so that they are heated throughout and any juices run clear.
All our Sausages arrrive frozen and should be consumed within 3 days once defrosted.

Premium Cuts of Pheasant, Pork, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate,
Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Caster Sugar, Fructose, Red Bell Pepper,
