Partridge is delicious and has a more subtle game flavour than the other game birds. It is a plump and tender bird, sweeter in taste than the pheasant. It is very low in fat and high in iron giving, it great health benefits. These fillets can be added to most chicken recipes.
This oil based marinade is a great addition to partridge breast meat and bursts with flavour while remaining very tender. Ideal in a salad or on the BBQ.
This product is only available frozen when out of season and should be consumed within 3 days once defrosted.

100% Partridge breast meat, Vegetable fat partly hydrogenated (rapeseed, palm),
salt, spices (i.e. pepper coriander, paprika, ([MUSTARD] flour),
chili, dried onion, yeast extract, lemon peel,
garlic, herbs, natural flavouring.
