Description

Partridge is delicious a more subtle game flavour than the other game birds. It s is a plump and tender bird, sweeter in taste than the pheasant.It s very low in fat and high in iron giving it great health benefits. These fillets can be added to most chicken recipes. Try one of our marinades and simply use them in a stir fry or add to an every day salad. There also great on the BBQ.

This product is currently out of season and is only available frozen and should be consumed within 3 days once defrosted.
