Made to our own recipe, using partridge breast meat with some pork to give a succulent and tasty sausage
Our partridge and apple sausage is bursting with fruit and flavour. We use only prime breast meat and belly pork trim in these sausages. They have a high fruit content so they have a tangy taste and remain moist. We use only natural skins for all our sausages. All our Sausages arrrive frozen and should be consumed within 3 days once defrosted.
Either grill, fry or BBQ. Cook so that they are heated throughout and any juices run clear.
