Chinese Plum

potassium sorbate), inverted sugar syrup, worcester sauce (water, glucose syrup, vinegar, hydrolysed soya
and maize protein, salt, sugar, natural flavouring, herbs, spices [contains mustard], food acid: citric acid,
preservative: sodium benzoate, garlic extract, onion, sunflower oil), sugar, spices (paprika, pepper, ginger,
coriander, chillies, aniseed, nutmeg), salt, hydrolised maize and soya protein, modified maize starch,
vegetables (garlic, onion), flavourings, stabilizers: carrageenan and xanthan gum, vinegar, dextrose, food
acids: lactic acid and citric acid, sal-ammoniac

Lemon Chili

This oil based marrinade is a great addition to game, partridge breast meat bursts with flavour will remaining very tender.  Ideal in a salad or on the BBQ.

vegetable fat partly hydrogenated (rapeseed, palm),salt,sugar,mango pieces dried (8 %) (mango, sugar),rapeseed oil,bellpepper dried,natural flavouring,spice,chili dried.

Wild Garlic

This marrinade gives the ultimate wild taste! Very fresh goes great with our pheasant breasts. Been Oil based this really does hold the moister and flavour into the meat.

INGREDIENTS
vegetable fat partly hydrogenated (rapeseed, palm) salt wild garlic dried (5 %), onions dried, garlic dried, herbs, spice,
spice extracts.
